Reference PDF fix

• Opening a PDF in the Ref panel works again (the side panel was failing to open after a recent update).

Docs refresh

• Features page and in-app Help updated for tables (merge/resize/fit), mobile chrome, image HUD, and Fit width.

Table merge · column resize · fit text

• Select a rectangle of cells (Shift+click or drag), then Merge; Unmerge splits them again.
• Drag vertical cell borders to resize columns; double-click a border to fit that column to its text.
• Fit text sizes all columns to content length.

Mobile chrome · tooltips · image HUD

• Toolbar sections on phones: Format / Insert / Align tabs.
• Pinned image HUD (Join V/H, align, Select+) when images are selected.
• Default Fit width zoom on phones; Fit option in zoom menu.
• Select+ cue chip with light haptic feedback.
• Keyboard accessory (Undo, Bold, Italic, H2, bullets) above the soft keyboard.
• Faster tool labels on hover (~160ms) and quick press-and-hold on touch.
• Header collapses secondary actions into a bottom More sheet.

Library · image tools · export fidelity

• Document library with named drafts, pin, search, and switch — stored locally in IndexedDB.
• .gp backup packs: export/import one draft or the whole library.
• Image join vertical/horizontal/grid, multi-select align & distribute, snap while dragging, group move/scale.
• Inline images for essay flow (toggle in toolbar), plus float ↔ inline convert.
• Compress-before-insert by default; GlassCompress remains for a stronger pass.
• PDF and Print share the same layout path so headers/footers match the on-screen page.
• Markdown-aware paste; plain paste still strips foreign website styles.

Import · storage · Glass suite

• Open / import Word (.docx), Markdown, and plain text — not just GlassPad HTML.
• Draft size meter in the footer with an export-backup nudge when images inflate storage.
• Richer keyboard shortcuts and an expanded Help cheat sheet (?).
• Send images to GlassCompress from the image toolbar; insert compressed results back.
• Installable PWA (service worker + Install app when the browser offers it).
• Brand wordmark: black Glass + gradient Pad.
• New now fully resets page setup, background, headers/footers, and images to defaults.
• Clearer storage messaging when the draft is large or browser space runs out.
